The Cedar Park Neighbors’ (CPN) scholarship program supports our neighborhood students continuing their education upon graduation from high school. Since its inception the scholarship program has awarded over 141 scholarships to more than 67 of our young neighbors. That is truly amazing when you think about how those funds were raised by neighborhood businesses and residents who have chosen to give generously over the years to assure that the youth in our community have the opportunity to pursue their college aspirations. Last year, seven students each received scholarships. Students who reside in our neighborhood and have shown a commitment to improving their community are eligible for the scholarships.
Recipients are eligible to reapply for the scholarship each school year and committee members maintain contact with the students during the school year, offering support and encouragement as needed.
Our 2015 Scholarship Fundraiser will be held on Sunday, April 20. To purchase tickets, sponsor the event, or contribute to the Scholarship Program, please click here.
We thank you for your time and consideration of supporting our youth.
